Years running my own business, from launch to close

My professional path has always been tied to event production and operations. Throughout my career, I've taken part in corporate events, festivals, and large-scale productions, working across planning, logistics, team coordination, and on-site operations.

After that phase, I decided to become an entrepreneur and spent 10 years running a restaurant. That experience broadened my view of business administration, financial management, team leadership, supplier relationships, event organization, and customer service.

Now I'm returning to the events market, bringing together all that operational background in international-scale events and the maturity of someone who has run their own business.

I met Luiz when I was invited to present my work with the StartupGenome in Brazil during a startup competition. Luiz was part of the production team and handled most of the day. The trip was perfect both on organization as well as the content — we had interviews with a local blog and a local magazine, I met lots of interesting people, and the competition day went by without a hitch.
